Academy Recruitment Manager

We’re looking for a relational and proactive Recruitment Manager to help take the St. Marks Academy to new heights. This vital part-time role is all about connecting with people, sharing the vision of the Academy, and helping us raise up the next generation of missionary leaders.

You’ll lead on recruiting new students, nurturing church partnerships, and creatively promoting the Academy through online content, open days, and events. If you’ve got a heart for discipleship, an eye for detail, and a passion for the local church, we’d love to hear from you.

Part-time (7 hrs/week), fixed term until end of Dec 2025, £12.60/hour
